Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Van Sales Representative to join our team in Sagamu. In this role, you will be the face of our brand on the road, directly responsible for driving sales, expanding our market reach, and building lasting relationships with our customers. You will manage your own route, present our products, and ensure that we meet our sales targets through proactive networking and excellent service. If you are a self-motivated professional with a clean driving record and a passion for hitting sales goals, we want you to lead our mobile sales operations.

Requirements:

• Sales Generation: Proactively identify and secure new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and relationship building within the Sagamu area.

• Customer Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and in-person interactions.

• Demonstrations: Conduct engaging product presentations and demonstrations to show prospective clients the value of our offerings.

• Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term partnerships with clients to ensure consistent repeat business and brand loyalty.

• Target Achievement: Execute daily sales routes to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

• Market Insight: Act as our "eyes on the ground," providing the Sales Manager with valuable feedback on market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.

• Documentation: Maintain accurate, real-time records of all sales activities, inventory on the van, and customer interactions.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Minimum of OND or equivalent.

• Licensing: Must possess a valid Driver’s License.

• Experience: Proven track record in sales or a similar customer-facing role.
