Job Description:

We are seeking a commercially elite, data-driven, and structurally rigorous Mobility Sales Governor to anchor the pre-owned vehicle ecosystem and profit-engine of our organization. In the high-stakes Nigerian automotive landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the velocity of inventory-turnover and the precision of the market-pricing filter success is defined by "Mobility Sovereignty" the ability to harmonize complex local/international sourcing with the clinical precision required for Profit-Margin Architecture, Inventory Stewardship, and Sales-Team Governance. This role is designed as an "Inventory & Revenue Command Center" a critical residency for an ambitious automotive executive who can blend "Commercial Grit" (mastering the complexities of valuation, importation, and consignment) with the "Structural Agility" required to execute High-Fidelity Sales Workflows.

Requirements:

1. Inventory Sovereignty & Sourcing Architecture

  • Sovereignty of the Stock: Manage the end-to-end pre-owned vehicle lifecycle (Sourcing, Import/Local Purchase, Consignment), acting as the primary "Source of Inventory-Flow Throughput."

  • Sourcing Architecture: Leverage a rich bouquet of local and international channels, providing the "Structural Foundation" for competitive inventory acquisition.

  • Integrity Stewardship: Ensure storage security and asset valuation accuracy, ensuring the "Source of Inventory-Asset Integrity" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Fiscal Sovereignty & Revenue Logic

  • Fiscal Sovereignty: Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve sales targets and profitability, acting as the primary "Source of Revenue-Velocity."

  • Pricing Architecture: Analyze market trends, demographics, and competitive data to determine optimal pricing strategies, providing the "Functional Foundation" for sustained margins.

  • Performance Stewardship: Liaise with the GM (Mobility) to set KPIs and manage department costs, maintaining the "Source of Fiscal Sustainability."

3. Customer Experience & Brand Governance

  • Customer Sovereignty: Design and maintain world-class complaint-handling, loyalty programs, and satisfaction systems, acting as the primary "Source of Brand-Loyalty Momentum."

  • Advocacy Architecture: Organize interactive sessions and sales presentations, providing the "Relational Foundation" for customer confidence and repeat business.

  • Velocity Logic: Utilize Leadership-Expertise to mentor the sales team in Mandilas core values (Integrity, Accountability, Reliability, Excellence), maximizing the "Source of Organizational Culture Momentum."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: Minimum of a First Degree in Marketing, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related fields. MBA/MSc/MA is a distinct competitive advantage.

  • Experience: 6–10 years of progressive mobility sales experience, with a proven track record of at least 3 years in the pre-owned vehicle space in Nigeria (Mandatory).

  • Technical Power: Deep understanding of automotive importation, valuation, market demographics, and digital/interactive sales strategies.

  • Aptitude: Exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and relationship-management capabilities.

  • Mindset: Commercially aggressive, analytical, and ready to maintain "Mobility Sovereignty" in the fast-paced, high-stakes Nigerian automotive market.
