Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative UI/UX Designer to take full ownership of the design identity for our digital products. This role is built for a designer who understands that great design is a balance of aesthetics, user psychology, and technical feasibility. You will be responsible for the entire design lifecycle—from deep user research and journey mapping to the creation of high-fidelity prototypes and the maintenance of a scalable design system.

The ideal candidate is a Figma expert who can communicate complex interactions through micro-animations and ensure a flawless handoff to the engineering team.

Requirements:

End-to-End Product Design

• Design Lifecycle: Own the complete process from initial research and wireframing to the delivery of high-fidelity, interactive prototypes.

• Design Systems: Build, scale, and maintain a comprehensive design system in Figma to ensure visual consistency across all platforms.

• Responsive Interfaces: Design and prototype intuitive mobile/web interfaces, complex administrative dashboards, and high-conversion landing pages.

Research & User Experience

• User Mapping: Plan and execute user research to map out engaging journeys for multiple distinct user personas.

• Usability Testing: Conduct testing sessions to validate design assumptions and iterate based on real-world user feedback.

• Interaction Design: Create high-fidelity prototypes that effectively communicate state changes, micro-animations, and specific user interactions.

Collaboration & Handoff

• Cross-Functional Sync: Collaborate with product managers, leadership, and developers to balance user needs with business goals and technical constraints.

• Developer Handoff: Execute a seamless design-to-development handoff with Mobile and Frontend teams, providing all necessary assets and documentation.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design.

  • A strong portfolio showcasing a mastery of user experience (UX) flows, visual design, and high-quality UI work.

• Technical Skills:

  • Expert-level proficiency in Figma.

  • Strong understanding of responsive design principles for web and mobile (iOS/Android).

  • Experience with prototyping tools and interaction design.

• Core Competencies:

  • Creative Thinking: Ability to solve complex navigational problems with elegant design solutions.

  • Detail-Oriented: An obsessive focus on typography, spacing, and visual hierarchy.

  • Collaboration: Excellent communication skills to explain design decisions to non-design stakeholders.
