Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented Telesales Representative to join our on-site team in Lagos. You will be responsible for driving business growth by engaging with both new and existing international clients, promoting our services, and delivering top-tier customer support. If you are a confident communicator with a strong track record of closing deals, we want you on our team.

Requirements:

  • Sales Outreach: Proactively reach out to potential and existing clients to promote our services and drive revenue.

  • Relationship Management: Deliver exceptional customer support and address client inquiries promptly and professionally.

  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets through effective negotiation and persistent follow-up.

  • Strategy & Training: Actively participate in training sessions to refine sales strategies, deepen product knowledge, and stay updated on industry trends.

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to achieve broader business objectives and share best practices.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of proven experience in a sales or telesales role.

  • Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills with a strong American English accent.

  • Market Expertise: Solid background in marketing and cold calling, with specific experience working with international clients.

  • Performance Driven: A confident, target-driven mindset with the ability to multitask and manage complex negotiations.

  • Computer Skills: Good computer literacy with a keen eye for detail and data accuracy.

Salary

N400,000 - N500,000 monthly.
