Job Description:
- NeoHomes Limited is looking for a smart, persuasive, and target-driven Telesales Officer to engage prospective clients, follow up on leads, and convert interest into site visits and property sales.

Role Summary
- The Telesales Officer is responsible for engaging prospects via phone and digital channels, converting leads into qualified opportunities, and driving site visit bookings and sales conversions.
- The role requires strong persuasion skills, consistency, and a results-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Engagement & Conversion:
- Contact and follow up on assigned leads promptly
- Qualify prospects based on interest, budget, and readiness
- Convert inquiries into site visit bookings and sales opportunities.
Sales Pipeline Management:
- Maintain and update lead records in CRM or tracking system
- Track interactions, follow-ups, and conversion status
- Ensure no qualified lead is unattended.
Product Knowledge & Presentation:
- Clearly communicate property features, pricing, and value propositions
- Educate prospects on investment benefits and payment plans
- Handle objections professionally and confidently.
Follow-Up & Relationship Management:
- Conduct consistent follow-ups to move leads through the sales funnel
- Build rapport with prospects to increase conversion likelihood
- Re-engage cold or dormant leads.
Collaboration with Sales Team:
- Coordinate with field sales for site visit scheduling
- Share lead insights and feedback with marketing and sales teams
- Support campaign-driven outreach.
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
- 1–3 years experience in telesales, customer service, or sales
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools is an advantage.
