Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and commercially elite Telesales Officer to anchor the digital outreach engine of our Agidingbi-based operations. In the specialized landscape of modern sales, success is defined by "Revenue Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize high-volume outbound calling with the clinical precision required for Lead Generation, Sales Closing, and Repeat Business. This role is designed for a "Growth Architect" who can blend "Persuasion Grit" (promoting products and driving customer relationships) with the "Technical Agility" required to maintain a "Source of Truth" within our CRM systems.
Requirements:
1. Acquisition Orchestration & Market Governance
Outbound Sovereignty: Execute high-frequency outbound calls to potential customers with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of New Business Inflow."
Closing Architecture: Generate leads and secure sales closures, providing the "Structural Foundation" for sustainable revenue growth.
Promotion Stewardship: Effectively promote products and services to diverse demographics, ensuring the "Source of Brand Awareness" is elite and uncompromised.
2. Tactical Resilience & Relationship Logic
Retention Sovereignty: Build and sustain deep relationships with existing customers, acting as the primary "Source of Repeat Business."
Relational Architecture: Foster long-term trust through professional telephonic engagement, providing the "Functional Foundation" for customer loyalty.
System Stewardship: Update CRM systems with real-time interaction data, maintaining the "Source of Operational Visibility."
3. Operational Integrity & Performance Power
Persuasion Sovereignty: Utilize advanced verbal communication to convert skeptical prospects, acting as the primary "Source of Conversion Velocity."
Data Architecture: Ensure 100% accuracy in customer records and sales logs, providing the "Visual Foundation" for management reporting.
Velocity Logic: Utilize relevant sales experience to manage call-to-close ratios in real-time, maximizing the "Source of Capital Throughput."
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Minimum of First School Leaving Certificate (FSLC) with relevant experience.
Experience: Proven experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or a similar customer-facing role.
Skills: Strong verbal communication, negotiation, and the ability to handle rejection.
Location: Candidates living within Ogba, Ikeja, Agege, Ojodu, Abule-Egba, or Iyana-Ipaja are highly encouraged to apply due to proximity to Agidingbi.
