We are seeking a dynamic and persuasive Telesales Executive to join the front lines of the KoolEnergies sales engine. In the rapidly evolving renewable energy sector, success is defined by "Consultative Persuasion", the ability to translate complex solar and energy specifications into tangible life-improving benefits for the Nigerian consumer. This role is designed for a "Revenue Catalyst", a professional with at least 2 years of telesales experience who can blend "Negotiation Grit" with the technical agility required to master CRM systems and renewable energy product portfolios.
Your mission is to ensure "Accelerated Customer Acquisition and Long-Term Brand Loyalty." You will be the primary voice of KoolEnergies: responsible for managing high-volume outbound calls, handling complex objections with approved scripts, and generating high-quality leads for the field sales team. Requirements:
1. Portfolio Advocacy & Market Outreach
Solution Selling: Execute high-volume outbound calls to existing and potential customers, tailoring KoolEnergies’ product features and use cases to meet specific household or business needs.
Inquiry Governance: Serve as a subject matter expert on product specifications, pricing tiers, and availability, ensuring every customer interaction is informative and professional.
Lead Orchestration: Identify and qualify high-potential prospects, creating a seamless "hand-off" of verified leads to the outside sales team for closing.
2. Relationship Stewardship & Retention
Loyalty Cultivation: Build and sustain strong rapport with customers to foster repeat business and long-term brand advocacy within the renewable energy ecosystem.
Objection Architecture: Utilize approved sales scripts and deep product knowledge to navigate customer hesitation, turning "No" into a consultative "How can we make this work?"
Market Intelligence: Proactively capture and report on customer trends, feedback, and competitor movements to help management refine sales strategies.
3. Data Integrity & Transactional Excellence
CRM Governance: Update and manage meticulous customer records, including purchase history, feedback, and payment methods, to ensure a 360-degree view of the client.
Order Orchestration: Accurately record and process customer purchase orders, ensuring that transactions are friction-free and documentation is audit-ready.
Target Velocity: Consistently meet or exceed aggressive daily and monthly call volumes and sales conversion targets.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Experience: Minimum of 2 years as a Telesales Agent or in a similar high-volume phone sales role.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Sector Edge: Prior experience selling Tech or Renewable Energy products is a significant advantage.
Core Competencies
Negotiation Grit: Strong persuasive abilities with the capacity to learn technical product details quickly and explain them simply.
Data Mastery: Good organizational and data entry skills; proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office is a plus.
