Pipeline Management: Proactively follow up on inquiries, manage a sales pipeline, and maintain meticulous records in our CRM.
Relationship Building: Develop and nurture strong professional relationships to ensure client retention and satisfaction.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with operations and customer success teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients.
Goal Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales quotas and revenue targets.
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience: 1–2 years in Telesales, Business Development, or Customer Acquisition.
Market Expertise: Demonstrated success selling B2B services within the Nigerian market.
Industry Advantage: Prior experience in logistics, courier services, e-commerce, fintech, or telecommunications is a major plus.
Skill Set: Exceptional verbal communication, persuasive negotiation abilities, and high sales confidence.
Professionalism: Ability to explain complex service pricing, benefits, and onboarding processes clearly and concisely.
