We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• We are looking for an experienced and professional Technical Support Officer who will provide first-line technical support to clients and assist with systems deployment, updates, and monitoring.
• This role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities to effectively support users and maintain client satisfaction.

Objectives of this Role

• Resolve support tickets quickly and professionally.
• Assist with DevOps and QA tasks.
• Help maintain platform documentation and reliability.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor infrastructure and application performance.
• Assist in deployment processes and rollback procedures.
• Respond to client requests and escalate complex issues.
• Maintain internal FAQs and knowledge base.
• Help test new configurations and automation scripts.

Requirements:

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Basic understanding of Linux, containers, and support tools.
• Interested candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with 2+ years in tech support or DevOps environment.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

• Certification in Helpdesk or DevOps fundamentals.
• Familiarity with Ansible or container platforms.
