Job Description:
Fembol is seeking a strategic, technically fluent, and execution-oriented Technical Product Manager to spearhead the development of our digital products and platform capabilities. Operating at the vital intersection of product, engineering, and business, you will translate complex operational challenges into scalable, high-impact technical solutions.
This role is designed for a systems thinker who is equally comfortable discussing API architecture with engineers and business strategy with leadership. You will own the product lifecycle from discovery to launch, ensuring our platform remains robust, integrated, and aligned with our mission to optimize logistics workflows.
Requirements:
Product Strategy & Discovery
Vision & Roadmap: Define and own the technical direction and product roadmap, ensuring every feature aligns with Fembol's business objectives and platform strategy.
Deep Discovery: Lead product discovery by engaging stakeholders, conducting market research, and performing data analysis to understand operational bottlenecks and customer needs.
Hypothesis Testing: Identify high-impact opportunities and validate them through rapid experimentation, prototyping, and iterative feedback before full-scale development.
Technical Execution & System Design
Engineering Partnership: Collaborate with engineering teams on architectural decisions, system design, and technical tradeoffs across APIs, integrations, and core infrastructure.
Technical Specifications: Translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications, user stories, and scalable system designs.
Agile Leadership: Drive agile/Scrum processes, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release coordination, while maintaining a high standard for QA, documentation, and performance.
Operational Impact & Analytics
Automation & Optimization: Identify and implement opportunities for automation and intelligent systems within logistics and supply chain workflows.
KPI Ownership: Monitor product and operational performance metrics, using data to drive continuous improvement in efficiency, growth, and user experience.
Cross-Functional Alignment: Serve as the primary bridge between engineering, operations, and sales to ensure product-market fit and successful adoption.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
Experience:
4–6+ years of experience in Product Management or Technical Product Management.
A proven track record of launching and scaling digital products from the ground up.
Preferred: Specific experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Freight Technology.
Technical & Design Toolkit:
Experience with collaboration and product tools (e.g., Jira, Productboard, Miro, Notion).
Experience using design tools like Figma and AI tools for rapid prototyping (added advantage).
Analytical proficiency in SQL, Excel/Sheets, or BI tools like Power BI/Tableau (added advantage).
Certifications: Professional certifications such as CSPO, Scrum, PMP, or PRINCE2 are a strong plus.

Systems Thinking: Ability to see how individual features impact the entire platform ecosystem.
Technical Fluency: Ability to engage deeply with engineers on API design and platform architecture.
Strategic Communication: Ability to articulate technical constraints and product value to non-technical stakeholders.
