Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and strategically elite Team Lead for Digital Channels to anchor our electronic growth engine in Lagos. In the hyper-competitive Nigerian fintech and banking landscape, success is defined by "Digital Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize high-uptime infrastructure with the clinical precision required for UI/UX Optimization, Transaction Success Rates, and Product Innovation. This role is designed for an "Experience Architect" with proven leadership experience who can blend "Commercial Grit" (analyzing ARPU and active user growth) with the "Technical Agility" required to lead DevOps, Product, and Security teams.

Requirements:

1. Channel Orchestration & Growth Governance

  • Strategy Sovereignty: Define and lead the roadmap for all digital channels (Mobile, Web, USSD, ATM), ensuring every touchpoint acts as a "Source of Customer Value."

  • Growth Architecture: Drive user adoption and transaction volumes with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Channel Revenue Expansion."

  • Stewardship Logic: Align digital offerings with the overall business strategy, providing the "Strategic Foundation" for market dominance.

2. Technical Resilience & Experience Logic

  • Uptime Sovereignty: Monitor and optimize channel performance and transaction success rates, acting as the primary "Source of System Reliability."

  • Experience Architecture: Lead the UI/UX design process to ensure "Zero-Friction" customer journeys across all digital platforms.

  • Security Stewardship: Ensure all channels adhere to the highest cybersecurity and data protection standards, maintaining the "Source of Customer Trust."

3. Performance Integrity & Leadership Power

  • Metrics Sovereignty: Define and track key performance indicators (DAU, MAU, NPS, Error Rates), providing the "Analytical Foundation" for continuous improvement.

  • Project Architecture: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of digital projects, utilizing Project Management expertise to optimize the "Source of Time-to-Market."

  • Leadership Logic: Mentor and lead a high-performing team of digital specialists, utilizing extensive industry experience to optimize the "Source of Organizational Innovation."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: University Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

  • Experience: Proven track record in Digital Channel Management, Product Management, or Fintech Operations at a senior level.

  • Technical Mastery: Strong understanding of digital payment systems, API integrations, and mobile app development lifecycles.
