This role is designed as an "IT Command Center" a critical residency for an ambitious ICT professional who can blend "Systemic Grit" (mastering the complexities of patches, updates, and recovery) with the "Structural Agility" required to execute High-Fidelity IT Workflows.

Requirements:

1. Infrastructure Sovereignty & Availability Architecture

• Sovereignty of the Uptime: Monitor and maintain system availability (≥ 99.5%), acting as the primary "Source of Institutional Operational-Throughput."

• Performance Architecture: Optimize platform performance and resource utilization, providing the "Structural Foundation" for uninterrupted service delivery.

• Integrity Stewardship: Perform regular system maintenance, updates, and patches, ensuring the "Source of System-Health" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Security Governance & Data Architecture

• Data-Protection Sovereignty: Manage and secure databases, acting as the primary "Source of Data-Integrity Momentum."

• Security Architecture: Implement and maintain robust security protocols to safeguard data and infrastructure, providing the "Functional Foundation" for breach-free operations.

• Recovery Stewardship: Conduct system backups and recovery operations, maintaining the "Source of Business-Continuity."

3. Operational Reliability & Support Logic

• Diagnostic Sovereignty: Provide application support and troubleshoot system-related issues, acting as the primary "Source of Incident-Resolution Momentum."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (HND/BSc).

• Experience: 3–6 years of progressive experience in IT systems administration.

• Certifications: Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Microsoft, Linux, or Cloud certifications) are a significant advantage.
