Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and regulatory elite Superintendent Pharmacist to anchor the institutional engine of our Ilorin-based operations. In the specialized landscape of Nigerian pharmaceutical manufacturing, success is defined by "Pharmaceutical Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize complex regulatory filings with the clinical precision required for CTD Documentation, NAFDAC Product Registration, and Large Volume Parenterals (LVP) Management. This role is designed for a "Regulatory Architect" with deep experience in LVP who can blend "Technical Grit" (facilitating contract manufacturing and imports of APIs) with the "Diplomatic Agility" required to interface with global bodies like the WHO, UNIDO, and ECOWAS

Requirements:

1. Regulatory Orchestration & Premise Governance

• Documentation Sovereignty: Process all Common Technical Documents (CTD) with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Product Eligibility."

• Compliance Architecture: Lead the registration of premises with the PCN and products with NAFDAC, providing the "Structural Foundation" for legal market entry.

• Integrity Stewardship: Liaise with the Pharmaceutical Society of Nigeria (PSN) and Customs Authorities, ensuring the "Source of Statutory Fidelity" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Industrial Logic

• Manufacturing Sovereignty: Facilitate contract manufacturing and coordinate the import of Finished Formulations and APIs, acting as the primary "Source of Production Continuity."

• LVP Architecture: Oversee the specialized requirements of Large Volume Parenterals, providing the "Functional Foundation" for sterile and high-capacity intravenous solutions.

• Tender Stewardship: Coordinate healthcare supply tenders and clinical presentations to Federal and State health institutions, maintaining the "Source of Commercial Growth."

3. Operational Integrity & Global Power

• Diplomatic Sovereignty: Interface with multilateral agencies (WHO, IFC, WAHO, UNIDO), acting as the primary "Source of International Alignment."

• Advocacy Architecture: Represent the firm within the Manufacturers Association of Nigeria (PMGMAN), providing the "Visual Foundation" for industry leadership.

• Velocity Logic: Utilize specialized LVP expertise to expedite registrations and supply-chain movements in real-time, maximizing the "Source of Institutional Throughput."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Experience: Substantial experience in Large Volume Parenterals (LVP) is mandatory.

• Education: Relevant Pharmaceutical qualifications and current licensing as a Pharmacist in Nigeria.

• Knowledge Base: Expert understanding of the Common Technical Document (CTD) and Nigerian pharmaceutical regulatory frameworks.

• Tech Mastery: Proficiency in technical writing and pharmaceutical management software.
