Job Description:
- We are looking for a tech-savvy Strategy & Operations Analyst to support Kuda's leadership team in delivering on high-priority initiatives and driving operational excellence.
- This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving ambiguous problems, and is motivated by impact.
- You will play a key role in driving alignment across teams by supporting OKR tracking, leading quarterly business reviews, improving our Notion-based operating system, and providing analytical insights to support decision-making.
- This is a high-impact role with direct exposure to leadership and critical business decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Support company-wide OKRs, helping teams define objectives, track progress, and stay focused on strategic goals
- Coordinate Quarterly Business Reviews, ensuring effective progress reviews, early identification of blockers, and clear next steps
- Manage and improve Kuda's internal operating processes, leveraging Notion and other tools to optimise dashboards, templates, and team workflows
- Identify and drive continuous improvement, optimising processes and introducing efficiencies across teams
- Provide analytical and operational support to leadership, turning data into actionable insights to inform key decisions.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years experience in consulting, strategy, business operations, or fast-paced startup environments
- Strong organisational and project management skills, able to manage multiple initiatives end-to-end
- Tech-savvy mindset with solid proficiency in tools like Notion, Google Sheets/Slides, and a proactive approach to adopting new tools
- Analytical thinking with the ability to translate data into clear recommendations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders
- Self-starter attitude, comfortable taking ownership and driving outcomes independently
- Bonus points for experience in fintech, operational excellence, or strategy roles in high-growth environments
