Job Description:

We are looking for a precise and organized Store Keeper to manage our specialized inventory of mobile phone spare parts in Ibadan. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our stock specifically Samsung and multiband electronics components. You will serve as the crucial link between our procurement activities and our technical team, ensuring that service engineers have the exact parts they need, when they need them. If you have a background in electronics inventory and a commitment to maintaining 100% stock accuracy, we want you to manage our store operations.

Requirements:

• Inventory Oversight: Manage the full lifecycle of spare parts inventory, ensuring all items are tracked from receipt to final installation.

• Receiving & Verification: Inspect all incoming goods from suppliers to verify quality and quantity, ensuring alignment with purchase orders.

• System Maintenance: Record all stock movements meticulously using our inventory management system and Microsoft Excel. Maintain real-time data integrity.

• Technician Support: Efficiently issue spare parts to technicians and service engineers, ensuring a seamless workflow that minimizes repair turnaround times.

• Stock Auditing: Conduct daily stock updates and lead monthly physical stock counts. Perform regular reconciliations to eliminate discrepancies between physical inventory and system records.

• Warehouse Organization: Maintain an impeccably organized store environment, ensuring parts are categorized and stored for easy identification and rapid retrieval.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: BA/BSc/HND in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.

• Experience: 2–4 years of relevant experience in store-keeping, inventory control, or supply chain management, ideally within the electronics or mobile phone maintenance sector.
