Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and physically elite Warehouse Store Assistant to anchor the operational engine of our FMCG facility. In the specialized landscape of fast-moving consumer goods where profitability is dictated by the speed and accuracy of the supply chain success is defined by "Logistics Sovereignty", ability to harmonize heavy manual handling with the clinical precision required for Inventory Control, FIFO/FEFO Rotation, and Dispatch Accuracy. This role is designed for an "Operational Architect" with an OND and 1–2 years of experience who can blend "Physical Grit" (unloading and sorting products) with the "Technical Agility" required to maintain accurate stock records and operate warehouse scanners.
Requirements:
1. Flow Orchestration & Quality Governance
Receiving Sovereignty: Inspect incoming goods for accuracy and quality with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Inventory Integrity."
Storage Architecture: Unload, sort, label, and store products in designated locations, providing the "Structural Foundation" for efficient warehouse navigation.
Integrity Stewardship: Ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO) to prevent expiry or wastage, ensuring the "Source of Product Freshness" is elite and uncompromised.
2. Tactical Resilience & Dispatch Logic
Order Sovereignty: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch according to company standards, acting as the primary "Source of Customer Fulfillment."
Equipment Architecture: Operate pallet jacks and scanners to move and track goods, providing the "Functional Foundation" for high-speed material handling.
Safety Stewardship: Maintain a hazard-free environment and follow all health and safety procedures, maintaining the "Source of Operational Security."
3. Operational Integrity & Inventory Power
Record Sovereignty: Maintain accurate manual or system-based inventory records, acting as the primary "Source of Data Accuracy."
Stock Architecture: Conduct routine stock counts and monitor levels for discrepancies, providing the "Relational Foundation" for procurement planning.
Velocity Logic: Utilize 1–2 years of logistics expertise to meet strict dispatch deadlines and manage shift-based workloads, maximizing the "Source of Warehouse Throughput."
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: OND in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Accounting.
Experience: 1 - 2 years in inventory management or warehouse operations.
Domain Power: Basic understanding of Stock Control and FMCG dynamics.
Physicality: Must be physically fit and capable of prolonged standing and heavy lifting.
