Job Description:

We are seeking a high-potential and structurally elite Operations Intern to anchor the site-supervision and sanitation engine of our service operations. In a specialized facility management landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the velocity of the cleaning-relay and the precision of the hygiene-filter success is defined by "Operational Sovereignty" the ability to harmonize high-standards supervision with the clinical precision required for Site Inspections, Hygiene Compliance, and Resource Architecture. This role is designed as a "Facility Management Launchpad" a critical opportunity for an ambitious student or graduate (especially from Environmental/Public Health backgrounds) to blend "Operational Grit" (mastering site supervision and cleaning execution) with the "Structural Agility" required to execute High-Fidelity Service Delivery.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Hygiene Governance

  • Sovereignty of the Site: Assist in coordinating daily cleaning operations and supervising janitors to ensure absolute adherence to hygiene standards, acting as the primary "Source of Operational Throughput."

  • Inspection Architecture: Conduct routine site inspections to ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards, providing the "Structural Foundation" for service quality.

  • Integrity Stewardship: Monitor cleanliness standards and report on service quality, ensuring the "Source of Environmental Truth" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Execution Logic

  • Operations Sovereignty: Participate in routine cleaning activities to ensure service consistency, acting as the primary "Source of Field Momentum."

  • Logistics Architecture: Help track cleaning materials and equipment usage, providing the "Functional Foundation" for cost control and resource availability.

  • Administrative Stewardship: Attend site meetings and provide administrative/reporting support, maintaining the "Source of Project Clarity."

3. Operational Integrity & Performance Power

  • Compliance Sovereignty: Ensure documentation aligns with company policies and public health practices, acting as the primary "Source of Safety Records."

  • Process Architecture: Utilize Microsoft Office (Excel/Word) to manage logs and site activity trackers, providing the "Relational Foundation" for data-driven service improvements.

  • Velocity Logic: Utilize Environmental Health expertise to accelerate the "Inspection-to-Correction" cycle, maximizing the "Source of Facility Hygiene Momentum."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: Preferred academic background in Environmental Health, Public Health, Facility Management, or a related field.

  • Technical Power: Understanding of workplace hygiene, sanitation, and safety practices; basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word).
