Job Description:
We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Stationery Sales Agent to expand our distribution footprint across key territories. In this field-based role, you will be the face of our brand, tasked with driving volume through supermarkets, factories, and retail channels. Requirements:
Market Expansion: Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities within your assigned territory.
Sales Execution: Promote and sell our comprehensive range of stationery products, ensuring high market penetration in factories and supermarkets.
Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, lasting partnerships with retailers, distributors, and corporate clients.
Performance Tracking: Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets while providing insightful market feedback to the management team.
Visibility & Presence: Conduct regular market visits to ensure optimal product placement and visibility.
Competitive Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities and stay informed on industry trends to refine our sales strategy.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Proven track record in field sales, with specific experience in the stationery industry strongly preferred.
Strategic Expertise: Practical understanding of sales strategies tailored for the modern market (Factories and Supermarkets).
