Job Description:

We are seeking a Station Supervisor for our outlet in Umuchigbo Iji Nike, Enugu. This role is ideal for a disciplined leader who can oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure exceptional service delivery while maintaining strict safety and financial standards.

As a Station Supervisor, you will be the primary custodian of the station’s operational efficiency, responsible for everything from inventory management to customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Operational Leadership

• Daily Oversight: Coordinate and supervise all daily activities at the retail outlet to ensure seamless operations.

• Staff Management: Lead, train, and mentor pump attendants and support staff to deliver high-quality customer service.

• Maintenance: Ensure the station remains clean, well-maintained, and that all dispensing equipment is in optimal working condition.

Sales & Inventory Management

• Stock Control: Monitor fuel and lubricant stock levels, ensuring timely requests for replenishment to avoid stock-outs.

• Sales Tracking: Oversee daily sales reporting and ensure that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and remitted.

• Revenue Growth: Implement strategies to meet sales targets and improve customer retention at the station.

Safety & Compliance

• HSE Standards: Enforce strict Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols to protect staff, customers, and the facility.

• Regulatory Adherence: Ensure the station operates in full compliance with local and federal oil and gas regulatory requirements.

• Loss Prevention: Monitor and investigate any product variances or financial inconsistencies promptly.

Qualifications and Skills:

A Key Criteria for Selection:

• Locational Requirement: Candidates must reside in Enugu, specifically within or very close to Umuchigbo Iji Nike.

• NYSC: Must have successfully completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program.

Core Competencies:

• Experience: Previous experience in the fuel retail industry or a supervisory role in a fast-paced environment is a significant advantage.

• Leadership: Strong ability to manage people and drive a team toward operational excellence.

• Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills for dealing with customers and reporting to regional management.

• Integrity: High level of accountability and honesty in handling financial records and stock
