Job Description:

1. On-Site Content Creation & Storytelling

• Live Capture: Visit the café three (3) days weekly to capture high-quality, on-site content (behind-the-scenes, menu features, and guest experiences).

• Video Production: Produce high-impact short-form video content (Reels/TikToks) that aligns with our premium, wellness-focused brand aesthetic.

• Graphic Design: Utilize tools like Canva to design eye-catching stories and posts for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.

2. Growth & Performance Marketing

• Digital Advertising: Plan and optimize paid social media ads to drive traffic for menu launches, seasonal offers, and special events.

• Community Management: Actively engage with our audience by responding to DMs and comments, fostering a loyal "Fitlife" community.

• Influencer Collaboration: Identify and collaborate with wellness influencers and brand partners to expand our reach within the Lagos lifestyle scene.

• Analytics: Monitor insights and performance metrics daily to pivot strategies for maximum reach and engagement.

Requirements:

• Trend Savvy: Deep understanding of current sounds, transitions, and platform algorithms.

• Creative Autonomy: Ability to work independently and bring fresh, "outside-the-box" ideas to the table.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience: 1–2 years managing social media for a food, wellness, or lifestyle brand.

• Content Stack: High proficiency in CapCut, InShot, and Canva.

• Location: Must reside in or near Victoria Island (e.g., Lekki Phase 1, Ikoyi, Oniru) to facilitate regular on-site visits.

• Technical Edge: Knowledge of AI tools for content automation and experience with Meta Ads Manager is a significant advantage.
