Job Description:

We are seeking a versatile and dynamic Creative Powerhouse to serve as the visual storyteller for DTA. This multi-faceted role combines Social Media Management, Graphic Design, and Video Editing to capture the vibrant life of our school. You will be responsible for building our brand, engaging our parent community, and showcasing student achievements in STEM, Arts, and Sports. Requirements:

• Social Media Strategy: Plan and execute a weekly content calendar across Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), and LinkedIn. Manage community engagement and provide real-time event coverage through high-energy Stories and Reels.

• Graphic Design & Branding: Create high-quality marketing materials, including event flyers, brochures, banners, and educational infographics. Ensure all visual assets strictly adhere to DTA’s brand identity and professional tone.

• Video Production: Film and edit highlight reels for school ceremonies and competitions. Produce short-form educational content (TikTok/Reels) and handle professional post-production (color grading, motion graphics, and sound editing).

• Storytelling & Content Development: Go beyond standard posting by crafting narrative-driven content that highlights the journey of our students—from project inception to completion.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing professional graphic design and video editing work is mandatory.

• Core Competencies:

  • An impeccable eye for aesthetic layout, typography, and video pacing.

  • Ability to work under pressure and turn around event recaps with speed.

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to conduct interviews and capture engaging "soundbites."

  • Adaptability—comfortable moving seamlessly between office-based design work and field-based event coverage.

• Trend Awareness: Deep understanding of current social media trends and "viral" educational content formats.
