Job Description:

• We are looking for a talented Social Media Manager to lead our online presence and drive audience growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
• Create, schedule, and manage content across all social media platforms
• Plan and participate in content creation, including videos and on-site shoots when required
• Monitor social media trends and adapt strategies accordingly
• Analyze performance metrics and generate reports to improve campaigns
• Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build an active online community
• Collaborate with the creative team on campaigns and promotions

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, etc.)
• Experience with content creation, especially video content
• Ability to work remotely while meeting deadlines and targets
• Willingness to attend in-office sessions for content production when needed
• Strong communication and creative thinking skills
