Job Description:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Social Media Manager to take full ownership of the daily digital presence for our retainer clients. This role is perfect for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, excels at managing multiple brand voices, and maintains the highest quality standards. You will be responsible for everything from scheduling and community engagement to pulling deep analytics and supporting live content capture.

Requirements:

• Channel Management: Oversee daily posting, scheduling, and community management across diverse client platforms.

• Calendar Execution: Strictly implement content calendars to ensure every piece of content is delivered on time, every time.

• Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments and DMs promptly, using the unique brand voice for each specific client.

• Performance Tracking: Extract and analyze monthly reports from native platforms to track reach, impressions, and engagement rates.

• Content Capture: Support on-ground production during shoots and events to capture real-time content.

• Digital Organization: Build and maintain structured content libraries for every client account.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience: 2–3 years of dedicated experience managing social media for professional brands (not personal accounts).

• Agency Background: Must have worked in a media agency with hands-on experience juggling multiple brand accounts simultaneously.

• Platform Expertise: Expert working knowledge of Meta Business Suite, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

• Portfolio: A professional portfolio showcasing successful work for at least one commercial brand account.

• Technical Skills: A solid understanding of social analytics and how to optimize content based on engagement data.

• Attention to Detail: An uncompromising commitment to quality and accuracy in every post and interaction.
