Job Description:

We are looking for a Social Media Manager & Content Creator with an impeccable eye for luxury. You will be the digital voice and visual storyteller for My Haire Concierge, translating our premium salon and at-home service experience into a high-end, scroll-stopping digital presence. If you have a passion for Black hair care and the ability to capture "luxury" through a lens, this is your opportunity to define the aesthetic of a premium brand.

Requirements:

• Creative Production: Shoot, edit, and produce high-quality, aesthetic short-form video (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) and static content that showcases hair transformations and our luxury service experience.

• Platform Curation: Manage and curate our social media feeds (Instagram, TikTok) to ensure a cohesive, premium brand voice and grid aesthetic.

• Active Engagement: Interact with our community via comments and DMs, maintaining a welcoming, professional, and sophisticated brand tone.

• Strategy & Trends: Stay ahead of beauty and luxury lifestyle trends, adapting viral content formats to fit our upscale identity.

• On-Site Content Capture: Visit our Lekki studio and accompany our team to premium at-home appointments to capture raw, authentic, and high-end transformation content.

• Analytics: Track engagement metrics to refine our content strategy and ensure maximum reach and resonance.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in Social Media/Content Creation (Experience in Lagos luxury beauty, wellness, or hospitality is preferred).

• Technical Portfolio: A strong portfolio showing high-end visual aesthetics, advanced video editing skills (CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere), and graphic design capability (Canva/Photoshop).

• Equipment Mastery: Expert-level iPhone photography and videography skills (framing, lighting, and audio).

• Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of Black hair textures, protective styling, extensions, and natural hair care.

• Proximity: Must reside in Lagos with easy access to Lekki for regular on-site content capture.

• Attributes: High level of professionalism, keen eye for detail, and a sophisticated understanding of what defines a "premium" brand experience.
