Job Description:

We are seeking a visually elite and conversion-obsessed Social Media Manager to anchor the brand identity and revenue-generating engine of our short-let and Airbnb portfolio. In the high-velocity hospitality landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the velocity of the booking-cycle and the precision of the visual-filter success is defined by "Brand Sovereignty" the ability to harmonize high-end lifestyle storytelling with the clinical precision required for Lead-to-Booking Conversion, Occupancy-Velocity Management, and Community Trust. This role is designed as an "Experience Launchpad" a critical mission for a creative strategist who can blend "Conversion Grit" (mastering the complexities of social-to-booking funnels) with the "Structural Agility" required to execute High-Fidelity Promotional Campaigns.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Brand Sovereignty

• Sovereignty of the Aesthetic: Execute a high-fidelity social strategy that positions properties as premium lifestyle experiences, acting as the primary "Source of Visual Brand Throughput."

• Content Architecture: Create and curate high-quality media (Reels, Stories, Photography), providing the "Structural Foundation" for digital desirability.

• Integrity Stewardship: Maintain a consistent, aspirational brand identity across all platforms, ensuring the "Source of Institutional Trust" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Conversion Logic

• Booking Sovereignty: Drive high-intent traffic from social platforms to direct booking channels, acting as the primary "Source of Revenue Velocity."

• Campaign Architecture: Execute promotional cycles (holiday deals, last-minute occupancy boosts), providing the "Functional Foundation" for filling seasonal gaps.

• Community Stewardship: Act as the primary engagement lead (comments, DMs, testimonials), maintaining the "Source of Guest-Conversion Trust."

3. Operational Integrity & Performance Power

• Analytical Sovereignty: Monitor conversion metrics, reach, and booking clicks, acting as the primary "Source of Strategic Insight."

• Process Architecture: Utilize Content/Analytics Toolkits to refine strategy and improve ROI, providing the "Relational Foundation" for data-driven growth.

• Velocity Logic: Utilize Hospitality-Marketing expertise to accelerate the "Discovery-to-Booking" cycle, maximizing the "Source of Portfolio Momentum."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Experience: Proven experience in Social Media Management (hospitality, travel, or lifestyle sectors preferred).

• Technical Power: Mastery of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and WhatsApp Business; proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Canva, and video editing tools (CapCut/InShot).

• Aptitude: Exceptional visual storytelling, copywriting ability, and a marketing-driven mindset oriented toward conversion, not just "likes."

• Salary: ₦250,000.00 per month.
