Job Description:
We are seeking a strategically elite, content-obsessed, and analytics-driven Digital Governor to anchor the online immune system and reputation-engine of our organization. In the high-velocity world of digital interaction where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of narrative-resonance and the precision of the engagement-filter success is defined by "Digital Sovereignty" the ability to harmonize complex multi-platform communication with the clinical precision required for Content-Architecture Governance, Audience-Sentiment Stewardship, and High-Fidelity Brand-Advocacy Momentum. This role is designed as a "Digital Command Center" a critical residency for an ambitious marketing professional who can blend "Creative Grit" (mastering the complexities of viral-narrative design and algorithmic-optimization) with the "Structural Agility" required to execute High-Fidelity Social-Media Workflows.
Requirements:
1. Presence Sovereignty & Narrative Architecture
Sovereignty of Voice: Develop and implement overarching social media strategies, acting as the primary "Source of Institutional-Identity Throughput."
Narrative Architecture: Create high-quality, high-impact content, providing the "Structural Foundation" for seamless brand-audience interaction.
Integrity Stewardship: Optimize social media platforms (SMO), ensuring the "Source of Brand-Narrative Truth" is elite and uncompromised.
2. Governance Sovereignty & Analytics Logic
Engagement Sovereignty: Manage communication across diverse platforms, acting as the primary "Source of Audience-Sentiment Momentum."
Strategy Architecture: Analyze social media metrics to drive campaign optimization, providing the "Functional Foundation" for data-led decision-making.
Collaboration Stewardship: Liaise with internal departments to ensure brand consistency, maintaining the "Source of Institutional-Cohesion."
3. Operational Fidelity & Advocacy Power
Diagnostic Sovereignty: Monitor performance insights to pivot strategies, acting as the primary "Source of Optimization-Insight."
Execution Architecture: Maintain organized social media management systems, providing the "Relational Foundation" for accountability and performance.
Velocity Logic: Utilize Tool-Expertise (Scheduling/Analytics tools) to accelerate the "Campaign-to-Conversion" cycle, maximizing the "Source of Organizational-Visibility Momentum."
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience: Proven track record in digital/social media strategy; demonstrated ability to manage high-velocity, fast-paced brand ecosystems.
Technical Power: Mastery of Social Media Marketing (SMM), Social Media Optimization (SMO), and Analytics/Management Tooling.
Aptitude: Exceptional creativity, communication, and analytical capabilities; ability to remain calm and strategic in a fast-paced digital environment.
Mindset: Disciplined, detail-oriented, and ready to maintain "Digital Sovereignty" as the primary architect of our online ecosystem.
