Job Description:

We are looking for a creative, trendy, and detail-oriented Social Media & Content Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be the pulse of our brand’s digital presence, responsible for crafting compelling stories, producing high-engagement content, and managing our community across various digital platforms. If you are a digital storyteller who understands viral trends, video editing, and strategic content planning, we want to hear from you.

Requirements:

• Content Creation: Produce visually appealing content for Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest, including Reels, graphics, carousels, and short-form videos.

• Production & Coverage: Support campaign shoots and lookbooks, and provide live content coverage for events, pop-ups, and product launches.

• Social Strategy: Develop and maintain content calendars, ensuring a consistent, culturally relevant brand voice across all channels.

• Analytics & Reporting: Monitor engagement, growth, and reach. Prepare weekly/monthly reports and use data-driven insights to optimize content strategy.

• Community & Trends: Stay ahead of viral trends, platform algorithms, and memes. Support influencer collaborations and community partnerships.

• Asset Management: Maintain highly organized digital archives of raw footage, edited materials, and campaign assets.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree, HND, or equivalent.

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of total work experience, with at least 3 years specifically in social media management and content creation.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in video editing and modern content creation tools.

• Analytical Ability: Strong ability to analyze social performance metrics and translate them into actionable growth strategies.

• Communication: Excellent storytelling, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• Execution: A proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
