Job Description:

In this multifaceted role, you will be the face of our brand online and the backbone of our administrative operations. You will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing our lead pipeline, and guiding clients through their admissions and visa application journeys. If you are proactive, creative, and excel at multitasking, we want you on our team.

Requirements:

• Social Media Management: Create, edit, and publish high-quality content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and WhatsApp. Use tools like Canva and CapCut to develop graphics and videos that boost brand visibility.

• Lead Generation & Conversion: Respond promptly to inquiries, qualify potential leads, and manage our sales pipeline to convert prospects into successful clients.

• Admissions & Visa Support: Guide clients through admission processes, organize application checklists, track progress, and provide administrative support for visa applications.

• Administrative Excellence: Maintain accurate records using Google Workspace and CRM tools, provide weekly operational reports, and ensure all client documentation is handled with confidentiality and professionalism.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Minimum of OND, HND, or B.Sc. in any discipline.

• Experience: 2+ years in social media management, customer service, admissions support, or administrative roles.

• Age Range: 25–35 years.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Google Workspace, and WhatsApp Business. Familiarity with AI tools is a strong advantage.

• Communication: Excellent written and spoken English.

• Professional Attributes: Highly organized, detail-oriented, trustworthy, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

• Bonus: A genuine interest in the travel, relocation, and international education industry.
