Job Description:
Develop, schedule, and manage content across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).
Monitor social media trends, track analytics, and optimize content for engagement and reach.
Respond to messages, inquiries, and comments to improve customer engagement and brand visibility.
Assist with administrative tasks such as managing emails, filing documents, scheduling meetings, and office coordination.
Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and digital advertising efforts.
Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and ensure smooth daily operations.
Collaborate with internal teams to align social media strategies with business goals.
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of social media tools, analytics, and SEO best practices.
Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and content creation tools (Canva, Photoshop, or similar).
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Digital Marketer, or Administrative Officer.
