Job Description:

We are seeking a results-driven Manufacturing Site Manager to oversee our building block and concrete products facility. This role is a unique blend of operational leadership and strategic planning, designed for a candidate who understands the vital link between supply chain management and production efficiency. You will be responsible for the heartbeat of the site—aligning our manufacturing output with market demand while ensuring that raw material flow remains uninterrupted.

Requirements:

Operational Oversight & Production Planning

• Site Management: Lead the day-to-day operations of the block manufacturing site, ensuring all machinery and personnel are performing at peak capacity.

• Demand Alignment: Analyze market trends and demand forecasts to create efficient production schedules, ensuring we never overproduce or face stockouts.

• Optimization: Continuously evaluate production workflows to maximize output and minimize material waste.

Supply Chain & Inventory Control

• Material Management: Monitor and control the supply of raw materials (cement, aggregates, etc.) to ensure the production line never halts.

• Inventory Accuracy: Maintain precise inventory levels, balancing the cost of storage with the necessity of immediate product availability.

• Logistics Coordination: Supervise site staff and coordinate with transport teams to ensure the timely delivery of finished products to clients.

Quality, Safety & Leadership

• Standards & Compliance: Enforce rigorous quality control standards to ensure every block meets industry specifications and safety regulations.

• Team Supervision: Direct and motivate site staff, fostering a culture of safety, discipline, and high performance.

• Cost Efficiency: Identify opportunities for cost savings within the manufacturing process without compromising product integrity.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Relevant qualification in Engineering, Construction, or Operations Management (preferred, but equivalent practical experience is accepted).

• Experience:

  • 0–1 year of experience. This is an entry-level management role perfect for a high-potential individual.

  • Prior experience in block/concrete manufacturing is a plus, but not essential as comprehensive training will be provided.

• Core Competencies:

  • Strategic Planning: Basic knowledge of supply chain and demand planning principles.

  • Leadership: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a diverse site workforce.

  • Resilience: The ability to work under pressure and consistently meet daily production targets.
