Job Description:

We are seeking an organized and proactive Site Manager to oversee our project sites in Lagos. You will serve as the eyes and ears of our operations on the ground, ensuring that design specifications are met, timelines are respected, and quality remains top-tier. If you are a natural coordinator who excels at managing contractors, artisans, and suppliers, and you enjoy a fast-paced, hands-on work environment, we want to hear from you.

Requirements:

  • Project Oversight: Supervise daily site activities to ensure work aligns with design specifications and project schedules.

  • Team & Vendor Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for contractors, artisans, and vendors. Coordinate deliveries, installations, and site requirements to prevent delays.

  • Logistics & Inventory: Manage the collection, dispatch, and delivery of materials, fittings, and accessories. Maintain accurate, real-time records of all items across sites.

  • Quality & Safety Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to safety procedures and internal quality standards. Conduct routine inspections and assist with quality control checks for furniture and installations.

  • Progress Reporting: Document project milestones with photos, videos, and written updates for the Project Manager and design team. Promptly escalate any challenges, material shortages, or schedule slips.

  • Site Preparation: Oversee site preparation activities to ensure spaces are ready for client handovers or professional photoshoots.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: A Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Construction, Building Technology, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.

  • Experience: 1–2 years of professional experience in construction, procurement, site supervision, or interior design project execution.

  • Site Coordination: Proven ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously and work effectively with diverse teams, including contractors and skilled artisans.

  • Technical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret project plans and maintain precise inventory records.

  • Agility: A proactive mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift rapidly.
