Job Description:
We are seeking high-potential leaders for our Management Trainee programme. This is not a traditional entry-level role; it is an accelerated, high-impact leadership track designed for professionals with advanced academic backgrounds and established industry experience. You will undergo a rigorous rotational journey through the core of our business from the intricacies of the global supply chain to the front lines of retail operations preparing you for a senior leadership role within our consumer electronics ecosystem.
The ideal candidate blends analytical rigor with a "boots-on-the-ground" mindset, capable of solving complex operational challenges while maintaining a relentless focus on customer experience.
Requirements:
Rotational Leadership Development
Functional Immersion: Participate in a structured rotational programme across Sales, Supply Chain, Customer Experience, Retail Operations, and Business Development.
Front-line Operations: Complete hands-on rotations within sales operations and warehouse/distribution teams to understand the pulse of our logistics and consumer interaction.
Specialized Assignments: Undertake departmental placements based on organizational needs, moving across retail outlets, service centres, and regional offices.
Operational Strategy & Growth
Product Management: Gain deep experience in consumer electronics product lifecycles, inventory coordination, and channel operations.
Process Optimization: Support initiatives to improve product availability, enhance sales performance, and streamline business processes.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Procurement, Finance, and Technical Support teams to drive enterprise-wide efficiency.
Project Ownership
Strategic Projects: Take full ownership of assigned business projects, delivering innovative solutions with measurable impact on the company’s bottom line.
Leadership Evolution: Progressively take on higher levels of operational responsibility, demonstrating the ability to lead teams and manage complex workflows.
Qualifications and Skills:
Academic Excellence
Minimum Qualification: MSC in Operations Support or an MBA from a recognized and reputable university.
Experience & Age
Seniority: 3–4 years of relevant professional experience in operations, customer service, sales support, or business development.
Industry Context: Prior experience within the consumer electronics or retail industry is highly preferred.
Age Limit: Must not be older than 33 years of age.
Technical & Soft Skills
Software Mastery: High proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically advanced Excel (data analysis) and PowerPoint (executive presentations).
Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret operational data.
Adaptability: Proven ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Leadership: Demonstrated potential to lead people and a proactive willingness to learn every facet of the business.
