Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Service Fulfilment Engineer (SFE) to anchor the deployment engine of ipNX Nigeria. In a specialized telecommunications landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the activation and the precision of the configuration success is defined by "Deployment Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize Fiber and Wireless technologies with the clinical precision required for End-to-End Service Provisioning, Hardware Configuration, and Network Troubleshooting. This role is designed for a "Connectivity Architect", specifically a professional with a B.Sc. in Computer Science/Engineering (Minimum 2:1/Upper Credit) and 1–2 years of experience who can blend "Technical Grit" (configuring routers, switches, and ONTs) with the "Operational Agility" required to collaborate with the NOC and mentor junior interns.
Requirements:
1. Orchestration & Provisioning Governance
Activation Sovereignty: Execute end-to-end service provisioning for voice, data, and video with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Service Readiness."
Infrastructure Architecture: Perform on-site installation and configuration of routers, switches, and ONTs, providing the "Structural Foundation" for enterprise-grade connectivity.
Integrity Stewardship: Ensure all installations meet company standards for performance and aesthetics, ensuring the "Source of Quality Delivery" is elite and uncompromised.
2. Tactical Resilience & Troubleshooting Logic
Resolution Sovereignty: Conduct deep-dive troubleshooting to ensure optimal service performance, acting as the primary "Source of System Stability."
Deployment Architecture: Support structured cabling and network deployments for enterprise clients, providing the "Functional Foundation" for scalable ICT environments.
Collaboration Stewardship: Work seamlessly with the NOC and internal teams to bypass field challenges, maintaining the "Source of Delivery Velocity."
3. Operational Integrity & Documentation Power
Record Sovereignty: Update installation and service records in CRM/OSS tools with high precision, acting as the primary "Source of Asset Fidelity."
Mentorship Architecture: Supervise and mentor interns, providing the "Relational Foundation" for the next generation of technical talent.
Velocity Logic: Utilize 1–2 years of ISP experience to accelerate the "On-boarding-to-Activation" cycle, maximizing the "Source of Technical Throughput."
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: B.Sc. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related discipline (Minimum 2:1 / Upper Credit).
Experience: 1 – 2 years in a telecoms, ISP, or ICT environment.
Technical Power: Hands-on experience with Routers, Switches (Cisco/MikroTik/Huawei), and ONTs.
Tools: Familiarity with OTDR, Cable Testers, Ping, and Traceroute.
Core Competencies
Analytical Grit: Strong IP networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, LAN/WAN).
Deployment Sovereignty: Mastery of the "Configuration-to-Testing-to-Activation" lifecycle.
