Job Description:

We are seeking a results-driven and highly motivated Senior Sales Executive to join our team in Lagos. This is a key role for an experienced professional capable of driving business growth, identifying new market opportunities, and managing a robust sales pipeline. The ideal candidate must be an expert in the Nigerian market, specifically with proven experience in paint sales, and possess the strategic mindset to negotiate contracts, hit aggressive sales targets, and elevate our brand presence.

Requirements:

  • Business Development: Proactively identify new business opportunities, research prospects, and generate high-quality leads.

  • Sales Strategy: Set ambitious sales goals and develop tactical strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.

  • Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for existing and potential customers, providing excellent service and maintaining accurate client records.

  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate commercial contracts, pricing packages, and service agreements that align with company objectives.

  • Market Analysis: Analyze market risks and opportunities, stay updated on competitor activities, and translate data into actionable sales insights.

  • Team Leadership: Collaborate with the sales team to set individual performance targets and provide regular reporting on goal attainment.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Experience: 4–5 years of cognate experience in a Senior Sales Executive role. Paint sales experience is strictly essential.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and strong understanding of modern sales and marketing techniques.

  • Soft Skills: Results-driven, resilient, excellent communication (English proficiency), and a proven ability to close high-value deals.
