Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and operationally elite Senior Operations Manager to anchor the execution engine of our client’s experiential marketing firm. In the specialized landscape of live brand experiences, success is defined by "Experiential Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize cutting-edge creative ideas with the clinical precision required for Logistics, Procurement, and Seamless Execution. This role is designed for an "Operational Architect" with at least 6 years of experience who can blend "Logistical Grit" (managing vendors and production elements) with the "Strategic Agility" required to monitor quantifiable results and ensure 100% fulfillment of client deliverables.

Requirements:

1. Logistical Orchestration & Procurement Governance

• Procurement Sovereignty: Create and implement cost-saving measures within procurement activities with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Fiscal Efficiency."

• Vendor Architecture: Recruit and manage viable vendors to achieve hitch-free, bespoke production, providing the "Structural Foundation" for elite activations.

• Integrity Stewardship: Ensure all executions align strictly with client operating standards, ensuring the "Source of Brand Fidelity" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Execution Logic

• Project Sovereignty: Drive execution planning and ensure all deliverables and timelines are met, acting as the primary "Source of Operational Reliability."

• Idea Architecture: Develop cutting-edge operational ideas and draft precise budgets, providing the "Functional Foundation" for brilliant campaign execution.

• Performance Stewardship: Evaluate activation effectiveness by monitoring feedback and obtaining quantifiable results, maintaining the "Source of Strategic Intelligence."

3. Operational Integrity & Leadership Power

• Leadership Sovereignty: Provide strong direction and mentorship to team members, acting as the primary "Source of Team Cohesion."

• Reporting Architecture: Oversee standard activity reporting and project documentation, providing the "Administrative Foundation" for client transparency.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Minimum 2:1 or higher) in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

• Experience: 6+ years in operations, event management, or logistics (Experiential Marketing industry experience is a major advantage).

• Certifications: Certification in Project Management is a distinct advantage.
