Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and analytically elite Senior Manager of Finance & Accounts to anchor the economic engine of our Sagamu-based operations. In the specialized landscape of Nigerian industrial and corporate finance, success is defined by "Fiscal Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize complex multi-period closures with the clinical precision required for Statutory Audits, ICFR Compliance, and Actionable MIS Reporting. This role is designed for a "Financial Architect" with 10+ years of experience who can blend "Quantitative Grit" (overseeing ERP records and voucher management) with the "Executive Agility" required to deliver business-critical insights to corporate leadership.

Requirements:

1. Portfolio Orchestration & Governance

• Reporting Sovereignty: Take full ownership of monthly, quarterly, and annual account closures, acting as the primary "Source of Financial Truth" in compliance with IAS & IFRS.

• Audit Architecture: Lead statutory audit exercises and serve as the primary liaison with external auditors, providing the "Structural Foundation" for institutional transparency.

• Control Stewardship: Enforce strict compliance with all regulatory, statutory, and internal control requirements (ICFR guidelines), ensuring the "Source of Risk Mitigation" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Intelligence Logic

• Insight Sovereignty: Drive deep financial analysis and deliver actionable, business-critical insights to stakeholders, acting as the primary "Source of Strategic Growth."

• MIS Architecture: Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for Head Office and Corporate Leadership, providing the "Analytical Foundation" for real-time decision making.

• Documentation Stewardship: Maintain millimetric accuracy in ERP records, including proper voucher management and filing systems, maintaining the "Source of Data Integrity."

3. Operational Integrity & Talent Power

• Mentorship Sovereignty: Supervise and develop a high-performing accounts team, acting as the primary "Source of Professional Evolution."

• Systems Architecture: Utilize strong ERP and computer proficiency to optimize financial workflows, providing the "Visual Foundation" for digital transparency.

• Velocity Logic: Utilize 10+ years of senior leadership expertise to resolve complex accounting hurdles in real-time, maximizing the "Source of Economic Throughput."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Experience: 10+ years of hands-on experience in a senior finance leadership role.

• Education: MSc., MBA, or a strong Finance/Accounting degree.

• Certification: ICAN or equivalent professional certification is mandatory.

• Technical Mastery: Deep, applied knowledge of IFRS, IAS, and ICFR frameworks.

• Location: Based in or willing to relocate to Sagamu, Ogun State.
