Accretio Africa is recruiting a high-impact Senior Business Development Executive to drive market expansion for our partner. We are looking for a commercially savvy professional who thrives on hunting new business and fostering strategic relationships within the residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. Requirements:
Market Expansion: Proactively identify and pursue new business leads to capture market share across residential, commercial, and industrial verticals.
Strategic Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain deep, long-term partnerships with developers, architects, consultants, and industry stakeholders.
Full-Cycle Sales Management: Own the entire sales process, from initial prospecting and customized proposal development to high-stakes negotiation and successful deal closure.
Commercial Strategy: Prepare winning commercial proposals, compelling presentations, and accurate revenue forecasts to guide business planning.
Operational Synergy: Partner with internal technical and operational teams to ensure projects are delivered seamlessly, maintaining high standards of client satisfaction.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: 5–7 years of professional experience in Business Development or high-level B2B sales.
