Job Description:

We are seeking a meticulous and highly analytical Senior Auditor to join our team in Ogun State. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for evaluating the integrity of our financial, operational, and compliance processes. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional who possesses a deep understanding of auditing standards, internal controls, and risk management. You will play a critical role in safeguarding our organizational assets, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving transparency across our business operations.

Requirements:

• Audit Execution: Lead and execute comprehensive internal audits across various business units to assess the effectiveness of financial and operational controls.

• Risk Assessment: Identify key operational, financial, and compliance risks; develop and implement audit programs to mitigate these risks effectively.

• Reporting & Communication: Prepare clear, concise, and professional audit reports highlighting findings, root causes, and actionable recommendations for senior management and the Board.

• Compliance Oversight: Ensure adherence to statutory requirements, internal policies, and international auditing standards.

• Continuous Improvement: Partner with cross-functional teams to identify process bottlenecks and recommend improvements that enhance operational efficiency and financial accuracy.

• Stakeholder Management: Maintain constructive relationships with auditees and management to ensure a collaborative approach to audit findings and remediation.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Certification: Possession of professional qualifications such as ICAN, ACCA, CIA, or CISA is highly preferred.

• Experience: A proven track record as an Auditor, with significant experience in a senior-level capacity, preferably within a large or complex organization.
