Job Description:

We are looking for a disciplined and battle-tested Security Senior Supervisor to lead our on-ground security operations. This role is designed for a seasoned practitioner who can blend strategic industrial security principles with rigorous field execution. You will be responsible for the direct oversight of security personnel, the integrity of physical perimeters, and the implementation of rapid response protocols. Whether you are a career private security professional or an ex-service member, you must possess the leadership authority to maintain a zero-compromise safety environment for our clients.

Requirements:

1. Tactical Field Supervision

• Guard Force Management: Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of security guards and junior supervisors to ensure 100% alertness and adherence to Post Orders.

• Deployment & Logistics: Oversee the strategic deployment of personnel across industrial sites, managing shift rotations and emergency reinforcements.

• Incident Response: Act as the primary on-site commander during security breaches, fires, or medical emergencies, coordinating with law enforcement when necessary.

2. Industrial Asset Protection

• Perimeter Integrity: Conduct regular physical audits of fences, gates, lighting, and surveillance systems (CCTV) to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities.

• Access Control: Enforce strict entry and exit protocols for personnel, vehicles, and materials to prevent unauthorized access or asset theft.

• Patrol Oversight: Design and monitor random and scheduled patrol routes to ensure maximum coverage of high-risk industrial zones.

3. Compliance & Intelligence Reporting

• Daily Briefings: Conduct "muster parades" to brief teams on current threat levels, specific site risks, and professional conduct.

• Security Audits: Prepare detailed daily, weekly, and monthly security reports for management, highlighting incident trends and resource needs.

• Investigation: Lead preliminary investigations into security lapses, inventory discrepancies, or personnel misconduct.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Experience

• Education: Must hold a University Degree in any discipline.

• Industry Tenure: Minimum of Five (5) years of active working experience within a reputable Private Security Company.

• Military Advantage: Being an Ex-service member from the Nigerian Armed Forces or Paramilitary agencies is a significant added advantage.

Core Competencies

• Leadership: Proven ability to command respect and maintain high morale among a large security workforce.

• Situational Awareness: High level of instinct and the ability to detect subtle security threats before they escalate.

• Physical Fitness: Must be physically fit and capable of managing outdoor field operations in demanding industrial environments.
