Job Description:

• We are seeking a highly competent and compassionate School Supervisor Nurse to oversee and coordinate school-based healthcare services across assigned schools.
• This pivotal role requires strong clinical judgment, leadership abilities, and a passion for safeguarding children’s health in an educational environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and Support School Nurses: Provide guidance and support to school nurses across multiple locations, ensuring high standards of care.
• Clinical Oversight and Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with health protocols and quality assurance measures in school healthcare services.
• Emergency Response: Handle medical emergencies effectively and escalate cases to appropriate healthcare professionals when necessary.
• Health Assessments and Education: Conduct routine health assessments and develop health education programs to promote student wellness.
• Collaboration: Liaise with school administrators, parents, and healthcare partners to foster a supportive health environment.
• Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate medical records and submit timely reports to relevant stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Knowledge: Sound understanding of child health, safety protocols, and emergency response procedures.
• Independence: Ability to work independently and manage healthcare services across multiple school locations.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Registered Nurse (RN): Must possess a valid practicing license.
• Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of nursing experience, with a preference for candidates with school or public health experience.
• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential.
