Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Marketing Manager to lead the marketing efforts of our insurance brokerage operations. The successful candidate will drive growth through strategy, client engagement, and brand visibility.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Marketing: Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to insurance brokerage services, aimed at increasing market share and revenue.

• Business Development: Identify potential clients, nurture leads, and convert prospects into long-term clients. Achieve or exceed monthly targets set by the Managing Director.

• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients while continually expanding the brokerage’s customer base.

• Marketing Collateral: Design and produce customized proposals, presentations, and promotional materials that effectively communicate our insurance brokerage offerings.

• Campaign Execution: Plan and manage marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms. Track and report on performance to refine strategies.

• Market Intelligence: Conduct research to monitor trends, identify new opportunities in the brokerage sector, and develop targeted marketing initiatives accordingly.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Insurance, or a related field.

• At least 5 years of experience in insurance marketing, preferably in the insurance brokerage industry.

• Membership in CIIN Nigeria or possession of relevant professional certifications is a plus.

• Strong understanding of insurance brokerage products, client needs, and regulatory standards.

• Proven success in developing and implementing impactful marketing strategies within the brokerage space.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Demonstrated ability to build and manage a strong client base in insurance brokerage.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Strategic thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools.

• Familiarity with social media and online marketing in a professional services context.
