Job Description:

We are seeking a highly technical and results-driven CCTV Sales Representative to join our expanding team. If you are an expert in security surveillance technology with a knack for closing deals, we want you to represent our premium security product line. In this role, you will be the bridge between our advanced technology such as Dahua and other top-tier brands and our customers, providing them with expert guidance and secure solutions for their homes and businesses.

Requirements:

• Sales Growth: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for our CCTV product range.

• Expert Consultation: Demonstrate product features, benefits, and competitive advantages; provide technical advice on specifications (HDR, refresh rates, etc.) to ensure customers get the right solution for their needs.

• Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term partnerships with wholesalers, retailers, and repeat business buyers.

• Market Insight: Leverage your deep understanding of the Nigerian market structure to identify new business opportunities and bridge market gaps.

• Data & Reporting: Track sales performance, monitor competitor activities, and provide management with actionable feedback on inventory needs.

• Deal Closing: Effectively handle customer objections, negotiate terms, and ensure high conversion rates.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: B.A./B.Sc. or HND in a relevant field.

• Experience: 1–3 years of active sales experience, with proven experience in the CCTV business.

• Technical Expertise:

  • Strong familiarity with CCTV technologies (HDR, refresh rates, Dahua specs, and other leading industry brands).

  • Up-to-date knowledge of security industry trends and emerging technologies.

• Core Competencies:

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Negotiation: Persuasive, energetic, and professional.

  • Customer Focus: A natural ability to build rapport and handle technical inquiries with confidence.
