Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and commercially elite Sales and Marketing Representative to anchor the growth engine of our distribution network. In the specialized landscape of modern trade and pharmaceuticals, success is defined by "Market Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize product development with the clinical precision required for Store Onboarding, Distributor Management, and Sales Conversion. This role is designed for a "Growth Architect" who can blend "Field Grit" (identifying new channels and negotiating high-value deals) with the "Strategic Agility" required to design and implement sophisticated marketing plans.

Requirements:

1. Channel Orchestration & Onboarding Governance

  • Network Sovereignty: Identify and onboard new stores, distributors, and pharmacies with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Market Penetration."

  • Negotiation Architecture: Lead the deal-making process with high-level clients, providing the "Structural Foundation" for sustainable and profitable partnerships.

  • Target Stewardship: Ensure the company consistently meets and exceeds sales benchmarks, ensuring the "Source of Institutional Revenue" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Marketing Logic

  • Strategy Sovereignty: Conceptualize and implement marketing plans for company products, acting as the primary "Source of Brand Demand."

  • Conversion Architecture: Design strategies to move prospects through the funnel to active sales, providing the "Analytical Foundation" for a superior customer experience.

  • Intelligence Stewardship: Identify new marketing technologies and promotional solutions, maintaining the "Source of Competitive Advantage."

3. Product Integrity & Go-to-Market Power

  • Development Sovereignty: Participate actively in product development and go-to-market processes, acting as the primary "Source of Feedback Integration."

  • Communication Architecture: Utilize excellent oral and written skills to convey product value, providing the "Relational Foundation" for long-term distributor loyalty.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Experience: Proven work experience in Sales and Marketing (or a similar position in a Sales Department).

  • Modern Trade Mastery: Deep knowledge of Modern Trade dynamics and pharmaceutical/retail distribution.

  • Skill Set: Excellent negotiation, various marketing tactics, and a strong understanding of commercial trends.

  • Mobility: Must be mobile and capable of managing field-based operations effectively.

Salary
