Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and charismatic Sales Representative to join our team in Lekki Phase 1. In the premium retail and gifting sector, success is defined by "The Experience", the ability to turn a simple purchase into a memorable journey for the customer. This role is designed for a "Gifting Consultant", a professional who can blend warm, in-person hospitality with the "Digital Grit" required to manage sales inquiries across social media and online channels.

Your mission is to ensure "Seamless Sales Conversion and Brand Loyalty." You will be the primary face of the brand: responsible for guiding customers through their gift-selection journey, maintaining a high-aesthetic store environment, and driving revenue across multiple touchpoints. If you possess "Interpersonal Mastery," a proactive mindset, and live within close proximity to Lekki, we want you to lead our retail excellence.

Requirements:

1. Omnichannel Sales & Consultative Selling

  • Gift-Selection Architecture: Act as a personal consultant for customers, providing expert recommendations that align with their specific gifting needs and emotional intent.

  • Social Media Engagement: Promptly respond to and manage customer inquiries across digital platforms, ensuring a consistent and professional brand voice online and offline.

  • Target Achievement: Actively contribute to the team’s sales goals by identifying upsell opportunities and ensuring every visitor receives a high-value interaction.

2. Visual Merchandising & Store Governance

  • Aesthetic Maintenance: Ensure the store environment remains clean, organized, and visually stunning, reflecting the premium nature of the products.

  • Product Display & Restocking: Assist in the creative arrangement of products and maintain optimal stock levels on the floor to ensure a "Boutique-Ready" appearance at all times.

  • Operational Fluidity: Support basic store operations, including inventory checks and transaction processing, to ensure a friction-free shopping experience.

3. Relationship Stewardship & Growth

  • Loyalty Cultivation: Build and sustain positive, long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and word-of-mouth referrals.

  • Proactive Problem Solving: Identify and resolve customer concerns with empathy and speed, ensuring every interaction ends on a positive note.

  • Team Synergy: Work collaboratively with the broader team to maintain a high-energy, customer-oriented work environment.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: OND holders or Graduates (NYSC completed) are eligible to apply.

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year in sales, retail, or a customer-facing role.

  • Location: Proximity to Lekki Phase 1 is highly important for operational consistency.
