Job Description:

Cortouch Media is seeking a smart, energetic, and result-driven Sales Representative to drive the growth of our digital services and technology training programs. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our business development efforts, acting as the primary link between our innovative tech courses and the students and organizations that need them. You will be responsible for the entire sales lifecycle from identifying high-potential leads to closing deals and nurturing long-term client relationships.

The ideal candidate is a persuasive communicator who is passionate about the tech industry and thrives in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

Business Development & Lead Conversion

• Service Promotion: Actively promote and sell Cortouch Media’s suite of digital services and professional tech training courses.

• Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business opportunities through strategic prospecting and networking.

• Conversion: Diligently follow up on leads and inquiries, converting interested prospects into paying clients or enrolled students.

Client Relationship Management

• Consultative Selling: Respond to customer inquiries professionally, providing expert guidance on which tech programs best suit their career or business goals.

• Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and students to encourage referrals and repeat business.

• Customer Support: Act as a dedicated point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and their experience with Cortouch Media is exceptional.

Sales Strategy & Reporting

• Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed assigned sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

• Strategy Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to refine sales pitches and improve overall lead-generation strategies based on market feedback.

• Performance Tracking: Prepare and present weekly sales reports and performance analytics to management.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Minimum of an HND or B.Sc. in any related field.

• Experience: Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is an added advantage, particularly within the tech or education sectors.

• Core Competencies:

  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively.

  • Resilience: Strong ability to work under pressure and consistently meet or exceed performance targets.
