Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned, strategic, and high-energy Sales Operations Manager to serve as the operational backbone of our multi-category enterprise. In this role, you will bridge the gap between high-volume mobile/accessory retail and our evolving energy sector. You will be responsible for the entire "engine room"—from global procurement and supply chain logistics to the daily performance of our wholesale and retail outlets. If you are a data-driven leader with a passion for process optimization, inventory integrity, and team development, this is an opportunity to directly impact our bottom line and scale our market presence.
Requirements:
Supply Chain & Procurement: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of our stock, including procurement and customs clearing for imported products. Maintain lean, optimal stock levels across all categories to prevent outages while avoiding capital tie-ups.
Operational Excellence: Drive efficiency across physical wholesale and retail channels. Conduct rigorous stock audits, implement loss-prevention strategies to curb shrinkage, and ensure our logistics/warehousing are seamless.
Retail Performance: Set, track, and exceed KPIs for Team Leads and floor staff. Use performance data to optimize sales strategies and maximize revenue per store.
Customer Experience & Warranty: Ensure world-class service standards, from product demos to after-sales support. Manage the integrity of the warranty claim process and device repairs to build brand loyalty.
Financial & Team Stewardship: Lead and mentor retail staff through structured training and incentive programs. Oversee daily cash reconciliations, manage budgets, and identify cost-reduction opportunities to drive profitability.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
Experience: 5–12 years of progressive operational experience, ideally within retail, consumer electronics, or telecommunications.
Technical Proficiency: Advanced command of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and demonstrated proficiency with Accounting Software for financial reporting.
