Job Description:
- You will be responsible for driving sales of Wellnest products through direct engagement with schools, educators, and institutions.
- This is a field-based, execution-heavy role for someone who is: persuasive, energetic and able to turn conversations into sales
- You will also deliver already designed interactive workshops to students, helping bring the Wellnest message to life in a fun and engaging way.
Key Responsibilities
School Outreach & Partnerships:
- Identify and approach private primary schools and educational institutions
- Build relationships with principals, administrators, and decision-makers
- Present Wellnest products as: end-of-term gifts, educational tools and workshop add-ons
Sales Execution:
- Pitch and close bulk book sales per school
- Follow up consistently to convert interest into confirmed orders
- Manage pipeline of schools and track progress
Workshop Delivery:
- Deliver engaging, mindset workshops to children where necessary.
- Represent the Wellnest brand in a way that leaves a lasting impression.
Field Activity & Market Expansion
- Visit schools regularly (daily/weekly targets expected)
- Explore additional partnership opportunities: spas, children’s centers, events, bookstores
Feedback & Insights:
- Gather feedback from schools, parents, and students
- Provide insights to improve:
- Product positioning
- Messaging
- Sales approach
Success Metrics (How You’ll Be Measured)
- Number of schools approached weekly
- Number of meetings secured
- Number of partnerships closed
- •Volume of books sold (monthly targets)
Requirements:
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Confidence speaking with both adults and children
- Ability to close sales, not just “talk”
- High energy, self-driven, and resilient
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in field sales, education, or marketing
- Comfortable walking into schools and initiating conversations
- Naturally engaging and charismatic with children
- Organized and able to manage multiple leads
Important:
- This is NOT a desk job.
