With Cooperatives, SME financing is 300%-400% cheaper than the banks. 

Job Description:

We are looking for 10 highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Officers to join our team at Hyves. This is a part-time role perfect for high-achievers, students, or professionals looking to gain experience in the high-growth tech space. You will be responsible for driving revenue, identifying new business opportunities, and building lasting client relationships. If you are a self-starter with a passion for sales and an interest in the FinTech industry, we want to hear from you.

Requirements:

  • Drive Revenue: Execute sales plans to meet and exceed monthly revenue targets through lead generation, cold calling, networking, and social media engagement.

  • Pipeline Management: Manage a robust sales pipeline, accurately forecasting opportunities and maintaining diligent follow-ups.

  • Product Advisory: Gain a deep understanding of Hyves’s products and services to provide expert guidance to customers and insightful feedback to our product team.

  • Deal Closure: Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring every customer interaction reflects our brand’s value and professionalism.

  • Collaboration: Partner with executives and internal teams to align client needs with company offerings and participate in strategic sales closures.

  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records in our CRM and provide daily/weekly updates to your Line Manager.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Minimum of OND in any related field (B.Sc./HND/MSc/MBA holders are also encouraged to apply).

  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in field sales, particularly in FinTech, HealthTech, EdTech, or retail technology.

  • Core Competencies:

    • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage a professional sales pipeline.

    • Strong analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills.

    • High sense of integrity, accountability, and ethical standards.

    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Preferred: Knowledge of the cooperative sector is a significant advantage.
