Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and strategically elite Sales & Marketing Manager to anchor the commercial engine of our Flexible Packaging operations in Ibadan. In the hyper-competitive converting industry, success is defined by "Market Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize technical product specifications with the clinical precision required for Laminate/Film Solutions, Sales Forecasting, and Receivables Governance. This role is designed for a "Commercial Architect" with 7+ years of industry experience who can blend "Technical Grit" (advising on product mix and pricing) with the "Negotiation Agility" required to penetrate emerging customer segments.
Requirements:
1. Growth Orchestration & Strategy Governance
Market Sovereignty: Develop and implement high-fidelity sales and marketing strategies, ensuring every campaign acts as a "Source of Revenue Growth."
Expansion Architecture: Identify emerging markets and new customer segments with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Market Penetration."
Forecasting Stewardship: Conduct accurate sales forecasting using historical trends and market intelligence, providing the "Analytical Foundation" for realistic management reporting.
2. Technical Resilience & Relationship Logic
Technical Sovereignty: Provide expert advisory support to customers on laminates, films, and packaging solutions, acting as the primary "Source of Technical Confidence."
Portfolio Architecture: Maintain optimal sales volume and product mix based on market conditions, ensuring the "Source of Competitive Positioning."
Relationship Stewardship: Build long-term partnerships by deeply understanding customers' operational needs, maintaining the "Source of Customer Loyalty."
3. Fiscal Integrity & Performance Power
Receivables Sovereignty: Ensure the timely collection of outstanding payments in line with credit policies, acting as the primary "Source of Cash Flow Security."
Satisfaction Architecture: Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues with clinical focus to optimize the "Source of Brand Integrity."
Intelligence Logic: Stay updated on economic indicators and competitive activities, utilizing 7+ years of industry expertise to maximize the "Source of Strategic Advantage."
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Social Sciences, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 7 years in the flexible packaging or converting industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Technical Mastery: Strong commercial and technical understanding of laminates, films, and flexible packaging substrates.
