Job Description:

We are seeking a high-energy, results-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to lead our market expansion in the building materials sector. In this role, you will be the primary link between our premium products and a diverse client base including contractors, developers, and homeowners. You will be responsible for the full sales lifecycle—from identifying high-value construction projects to closing deals and maintaining long-term partnerships. The ideal candidate is a persuasive communicator who can navigate the competitive landscape of the building industry, turning market research into a robust sales pipeline.

Requirements:

1. Business Development & Market Penetration

  • Lead Generation: Identify and develop new business opportunities by targeting ongoing and upcoming residential and commercial construction projects.

  • Product Advocacy: Expertly promote and sell the company’s range of building materials, tailoring your pitch to meet the specific technical and budgetary needs of the customer.

  • Competitor Intelligence: Conduct ongoing market research and competitor analysis to ensure our pricing and value propositions remain industry-leading.

2. Relationship Management & Brand Representation

  • Client Stewardship: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with architects, project managers, and individual buyers to ensure repeat business.

  • Professional Presence: Represent the company at industry sites, exhibitions, and meetings, upholding the highest standards of professional integrity and brand image.

  • Customer Retention: Serve as a dedicated point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent after-sales service and addressing inquiries with urgency.

3. Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Target Achievement: Meet and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets through disciplined field activity and lead follow-up.

  • Data-Driven Updates: Prepare comprehensive sales reports, forecast updates, and market feedback summaries for management review.

  • Account Strategy: Analyze individual account performance to identify opportunities for upselling or expanding product categories.

Qualifications and Skills:

Profile & Education

  • Gender Preference: This role is specifically open to Female candidates.

  • Academic: Minimum of OND, HND, or B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Industry Experience: Proven experience in Sales & Marketing; experience within the building materials or construction industry is a significant advantage.
